    Retailers, resellers, platforms and other businesses. Omicron Gama does not sell to consumers for personal use.

  • Complete KYC/KYB

    Verification of your identity, your business, its representatives and its ultimate beneficial owners before trading.

  • Respect authorized territories

    Sell each product only in the territories authorized for it.

  • Disclose product restrictions

    Correctly inform your customers of the restrictions of each product.

  • Maintain anti-fraud controls

    Keep adequate controls to prevent fraud in your own sales.

  • Accept our Terms and policies

    The Terms and Conditions, the KYC/KYB Policy, the AML Policy and the Privacy Policy.
